Video for Barnes & Barnes‘s strangely unsettling though oddly entrancing, “Ah A:

That’s actor, Bill Paxton, by the way, making a head-squeezing cameo at video’s end.

In a curious bit of timing, this album track from 1984 Rhino LP, Amazing Adult Fantasy, presaged the following year’s massive MTV hit by Norwegian popsters, a-Ha, “Take on Me” — a song that most unexpectedly found itself adopted as an unofficial anthem of sorts for baseball’s Washington Nationals.
